The single best book I have found to introduce people to Bitcoin in a fun and engaging way. The book looks at Bitcoin as a form of hard money that is resistant to manipulation and control by governments and financial institutions. The book delves into the history of money and the creation of Bitcoin in a relatable way by telling stories throughout.

This book blew me away and is not directly a Bitcoin book but it gives important context as to why Bitcoin exists. It's a deep dive into the patterns of history and economics to understand the cycles of nations' rises and declines. He uses this historical perspective to interpret the current shifts in global power, wealth, and influence, offering strategic principles for individuals and nations to navigate the complex and changing world.

This is the most readable case I've come across for why the financial system stopped working for ordinary people, and why Bitcoin is the answer. If you want something written for a normal person rather than an economist, this is it.

This is a clear and concise explanation of the technology and principles behind Bitcoin. It breaks down complex concepts into understandable terms, detailing how Bitcoin works in a non-techie way. I'm not a techie guy, so this helped!

This is a pretty comprehensive argument for Bitcoin's potential as a future global reserve currency. The book looks at Bitcoin's evolution, its properties as sound money, and its advantages over traditional forms of currency. The book is an optimistic and detailed analysis of why Bitcoin may continue to gain value and prominence in the global economy.

This is probably the most famous book in the Bitcoin space and is an analytical journey through the historical context of money, culminating in Bitcoin's emergence as a potential digital equivalent to gold. It emphasises Bitcoin's unique characteristics, such as its fixed supply and security. A great read.

Larry has spent decades as a fund manager watching money printing up close, and this is his account of what it has done to ordinary savers. The first half lays out the problem, the second half lays out the solution. It's angry in the best way, and it makes the case for sound money without needing you to already agree with it.

Broken Money
This is essentially an analysis of the modern monetary system and its flaws, particularly focusing on how current fiscal and monetary policies are leading to issues like inflation and wealth inequality. Lyn Alden, known for her macroeconomic insights, looks at the historical context of money, the transition from the gold standard to fiat currency, and the potential future of finance.

This is a great angle to look at Bitcoin. The book is written by the head of strategy at the Human Rights Foundation. It discusses how Bitcoin offers a lifeline to individuals in oppressive regimes or unstable economies, challenging the notion that the existing financial system serves everyone equally.

This book right here got me into Bitcoin and helped me the most understand it from a zoomed-out perspective. It doesn't mention Bitcoin once because it was written in 1997. This book is incredible! It explores a cyclical theory of history and generational change. The authors argue that history unfolds in a predictable cycle of four stages, or "turnings," each lasting about 20 years: a High, an Awakening, an Unraveling, and a Crisis.
