UK guide

The top Bitcoin podcasts, ranked by people who make one.

Most 'best Bitcoin podcast' lists were written years ago and never updated. Shows have ended, hosts have moved on, and the UK barely gets a mention. These are the ten worth your time in 2026.

One of them is ours. We've been making it for six years, so we know what a good one sounds like.

Updated October 2026 · Curated by The Bitcoin Collective
Made in the UK

Six shows recorded here. Most lists don't know they exist.

The Bitcoin Collective

Best for: Bitcoin news and stories in plain English, with guests who've actually done it
OursWeeklyFreeLondonSince 2020
Frequency
Weekly
Format
Interviews and news
Length
45 to 60 minutes
  • The UK's longest-running Bitcoin podcast
  • Guests are business owners, founders and people living on Bitcoin, not just commentators
  • Ranked number one on Feedspot's UK Bitcoin and blockchain podcasts
  • UK first, so if you want Washington politics you'll want a second show
  • Weekly, not daily
Full disclosure, this is ours. Six years, hundreds of episodes, and still the only weekly Bitcoin show made for the UK.

The Peter McCormack Show

Best for: Big-name interviews from the person who built the biggest Bitcoin podcast
WeeklyFreeBedford
Frequency
Weekly
Format
Interviews
Length
60 to 90 minutes
  • Peter ran What Bitcoin Did, for years the largest Bitcoin podcast in the world
  • Still gets guests nobody else can
  • Also runs Real Bedford, the football club with Bitcoin on its balance sheet
  • The new show is broader than Bitcoin, covering politics, culture and whatever Peter's angry about this week
  • Not a beginner show
Not a Bitcoin-only show any more, and that's fine. When the guest is good, it's the best interview in the space.

Antidote

Best for: Conversations from London's Bitcoin hub
FreeLondonYouTube first
Frequency
Regular
Format
Interviews and conversations
Length
45 to 90 minutes
  • Comes out of Antidote, London's Bitcoin hub and incubator, so the guests are founders and builders who are actually here
  • Ben Cousens hosts with a venture background, so it's sharper on business than most
  • One of the few shows where the London Bitcoin scene is the subject rather than a footnote
  • Video first, so the audio feed can lag
  • Newer show, smaller back catalogue
If you want to know who's building Bitcoin companies in London right now, this is where they're talking.

Bitcoin Archive with Archie

Best for: Long, unhurried conversations with people worth hearing from
FreeUK
Frequency
Regular
Format
Long-form interviews
Length
60 to 120 minutes
  • Archie runs Bitcoin Archive, one of the biggest Bitcoin accounts on X, so he gets guests most podcasts can't
  • Ranges beyond Bitcoin into science, culture and business, which keeps it interesting
  • UK-based, which almost nobody listing him realises
  • Long
  • Not a news show, so don't come for this week's headlines
Interesting people, deep conversations, and the biggest Bitcoin account on X asking the questions. Easy recommend.

The Bitcoin IFA Podcast

Best for: Bitcoin from a UK financial adviser's point of view
FreeUK
Frequency
Regular
Format
Interviews and explainers
Length
30 to 60 minutes
  • Hosted by a regulated UK IFA, which is rare
  • Covers pensions, ISAs, tax and the questions UK investors actually ask
  • Measured rather than evangelical
  • Smaller show, so fewer big-name guests
  • Niche by design
If your question is “how does this fit with my pension”, this is the only UK show answering it.

Bitcoin Town Hall

Best for: The UK's Bitcoin news, argued about live, every week
OursWeeklyFreeLive on XUK
Frequency
Weekly
Format
Live panel discussion
Length
60 minutes
  • Recorded live on X Spaces, so you hear the UK scene react to the week's news in real time
  • Jordan Walker and Jeremy Casey host, with regulars from across the UK Bitcoin community
  • The only weekly show that's specifically about Bitcoin news in Britain
  • Live audio, so it's rougher than a studio show
  • Opinions fly, and not everyone agrees
Also ours, and the opposite of polished. If you want to know what UK Bitcoiners actually think this week, this is where they say it.
From the rest of the world

What Bitcoin Did

Best for: The original interview show, now with Danny Knowles hosting
Several a weekFreeUK and US
Frequency
Several a week
Format
Interviews
Length
60 to 90 minutes
  • Still the biggest archive of Bitcoin interviews anywhere
  • Danny Knowles produced the show for years before taking over, so the quality held
  • Still records partly in the UK
  • A different show from the Peter McCormack era, and some listeners haven't forgiven that
  • Long
The show changed hands in 2024 and most lists haven't noticed. It's still good. Just know it's Danny now.

TFTC

Best for: The Bitcoin-only show with the sharpest opinions
Several a weekFreeAustin
Frequency
Several a week
Format
Interviews and news
Length
60 to 120 minutes
  • Marty Bent has been doing this since 2017
  • Bitcoin only, and loud about it
  • Rabbit Hole Recap, the weekly news show with Matt Odell, is the best Bitcoin news hour there is
  • American politics, a lot of it
  • Can run very long
If you want to know what Bitcoiners are arguing about this week, this is where they're arguing.

Coin Stories

Best for: Bitcoin explained through people's stories
WeeklyFreeUS
Frequency
Weekly
Format
Interviews
Length
45 to 75 minutes
  • Natalie Brunell is a former TV journalist and it shows: tight, well-prepared interviews
  • Great at getting mainstream names to talk about Bitcoin
  • Easy listen for someone new
  • US-centric
  • Occasionally soft on guests
The one to send to a friend who doesn't listen to Bitcoin podcasts yet.

Bitcoin for Millennials

Best for: Bitcoin and the broken financial system, for people under 45
WeeklyFreeNetherlands
Frequency
Weekly
Format
Interviews
Length
45 to 60 minutes
  • Bram Kanstein asks the questions a normal person would ask
  • Focused on why the system stopped working for younger people
  • European, so less Washington
  • Smaller show, fewer household-name guests
  • Title undersells it; it's for anyone
The best European Bitcoin podcast, and the one that explains the why rather than the what.

How to build a listening list that works

1

Start with one UK show

It's the one that'll mention the things that affect you here.

2

Add one interview show

TFTC if you want opinion, Coin Stories if you want stories, What Bitcoin Did if you want the archive.

3

Add the live one

Bitcoin Town Hall on a weekday evening is the fastest way to hear what the UK scene makes of the week.

4

Stop at three

Nobody listens to ten podcasts. The best one is the one you actually press play on.

Prefer books? We've ranked the best Bitcoin books too.

Important: Nobody paid to be on this page, including us. We listen to all of these and will refresh the list every quarter, including when shows end or change hosts, which the other lists never seem to.

Why most Bitcoin podcast lists are wrong

Search ‘best Bitcoin podcasts’ and you’ll find lists that still credit Peter McCormack with What Bitcoin Did, don’t know Danny Knowles took it over, and have no idea the UK has a scene at all. Podcasts change. Hosts leave, shows end, new ones start. We update this page because we’re in it every week.

How we chose

Bitcoin-only wherever possible. Then whether the show is still going, how well-prepared the host is, how good the guests are, and whether a UK listener will hear anything about their own country. Download numbers informed the list but didn’t decide it.
