We're building the home of Bitcoin in the UK.

We exist to make Bitcoin make sense for people who were never given a good reason to care about it.

The Bitcoin Collective started with a simple frustration. Bitcoin was either explained badly or sold aggressively, and there was nowhere in the UK to send someone who was just curious. So we built one. Over the last five years that has grown into a podcast, a weekly newsletter, a documentary, and live events across the country. In 2022 we brought roughly 600 people to Edinburgh for the UK's first major Bitcoin conference. And as more business owners started asking the same questions, we launched the Bitcoin Business Network, a private community of UK companies working out what Bitcoin means for them in practice. The standard we hold ourselves to hasn't changed: your mum could land on this site and actually enjoy it.

Our Vision

A Britain where Bitcoin is understood, held and used as money by ordinary people and businesses.

Our Mission

To help people and businesses across the UK understand Bitcoin well enough to make their own decisions about it.
